Broadbelt & Eagles
These modern facilities comprise two identical buildings standing next to a grassed courtyard with glorious views of both Baslow Edge and the Hope Valley towards Chatsworth House. The two buildings can be hired singly or combined to provide a larger facility. Please be aware that individual rooms in Broadbelt and Eagles cannot be locked. The building is secured by main doors which are fitted with coded key pads. The security code is changed for each group coming on site, you will be asked for your preferred code during the booking process.
Accommodation
Broadbelt can sleep up to 62 people across 12 bedrooms and Eagles can sleep up to 61 people across 11 bedrooms.

The five-bedded rooms in both buildings are suitable for wheelchair users.
The flexible design of the bedrooms allows most unused beds to be folded away to provide more space if required. Rooms can be filled as per your requirements.
Toilet and shower facilities are available on each level of the buildings, due to requests from our customers, we are adding bathrooms to both Broadbelt and Eagles. There are kitchen facilities for preparation of light refreshments. A self-service, coin-operated laundrette is also available.
Broadbelt & Eagles Conference Rooms
Both rooms can accommodate up to 50 people theatre style. The rooms are on the ground floor and open out via patio doors onto the grass lawn in front of the buildings. Tables and seating can be arranged as required.
