How to Book

If you would like to make a booking, please get in touch to check availability.
Upon request, a provisional booking can be made and the Centre will forward booking forms.
No later than four weeks after the making of a provisional booking, the booking forms, together with the appropriate non-returnable deposit must be received by the Centre, failing which the provisional booking will be cancelled.

Within 21 days after receipt by the Centre of the booking forms, the Centre will confirm the booking and will indicate the cost of the booking, as long as it is within the next 12 months. The confirmation of the booking will constitute the making of contractual arrangements between the Centre and the customer.

1. 21 days before the booking commencement date the final invoice will be submitted by the Centre.
2. 14 days before the booking commencement date the invoice is payable by the customer

Booking more than a year in advance

Where a booking is made more than 12 months before the booking commencement date, the following provisions will apply:

1. The booking will only be made provisionally based upon the receipt of the completed booking forms and the deposit.
2. Not more than 12 months before the booking commencement date the Centre will submit a calculation of the cost that will apply to the booking.
3. Within 21 days of the submission of the calculation of cost by the Centre the customer shall write confirming the acceptability of the costs calculation.
4. Upon receipt by the Centre of the acceptance of the cost calculation, the booking will become a confirmed booking for the purpose of these terms.

 If the costs calculation is not be accepted within the said 21 day period in point 3 above, the provisional booking shall be regarded as having been cancelled and the deposit will be refunded
