Our customers are entirely responsible for the security of all items brought into the Conference Centre. Cliff College Conference Centre admits no responsibility or liability in respect of any loss or damage howsoever it arises and all bookings are agreed to be taken upon this basis.
The College takes precautions to ensure that your visit to us is a safe one. Users of the facilities are expected to work within and to normal prescribed Health and Safety practices and to carry out their own risk assessments.
Of course, we want groups to use our facilities to the full but request that children not be left without adult supervision on any part of the site.
All electrical equipment brought for use at the College must have current PAT certification in order to comply with our insurance. Equipment found without relevant test certificates will not be permitted to be used at the College.
Each group staying at the Conference Centre should nominate a Fire Warden for each building booked and have its own First-Aider in case of emergency.
All users of the facilities are expected to take out their own insurance to cover themselves against damage to the facilities (accidental or intentional) and accidents. Please note the user has responsibility to make good any damage caused to the facilities by any member of their group.
All bed linen and pillows are provided but visitors are expected to bring their own towels and soap. Delegates are expected to make their own beds during their stay but they will be made on arrival if paying single or twin room rates. It would assist us greatly if your delegates would remove their pillow case, duvet cover and bottom sheet and leave them neatly in the room on the morning of your departure.
The Cliff College Conference Centre is a non-smoking and no-alcohol site.
No pets are permitted on site other than support dogs.
There is a coin-operated launderette that can be used by guests resident in the conference buildings. Please discuss your requirements with the Cliff Conferences team during your stay
